Congratulations on your engagement!  We, at River of Life Church are honored that you would consider us to be a part of your special day.  Marriage is designed by God to be a parable of his awesome love for his people. That’s why we take marriage and preparation for marriage so seriously at River. We want you to experience the profound joy that comes from a God-centered marriage and want to do everything we can to make this process as easy as possible.

Steps for Planning Your Wedding at River:

Eligibility

• Members are not charged for weddings at River, however honorariums are still appreciated.
• Non-member weddings are allowed at River and subject to our fees and policies.
• Please make sure to submit a Wedding Request below.

Flexibility

We will do all we can to honor your request, but due to constraints on the facility and pastoral schedules, alternatives may be requested.

Pre-Marital Classes

We offer a minimum 4-session class designed to help engaged couples prepare for the commitment of marriage.  Topics may include: the God-centered design for marriage, personalities, finances, & sexuality.  Remember, “A Wedding is a Day… A Marriage is a Lifetime”.  Therefore, we will seek to build your marriage as one that will last the years.

Your request will be received by Caryn, Pastor Bob’s ministry assistant & your Wedding point person.  She will gather pertinent information and connect you with those who can help with other details.  Once you complete the form, you will be forwarded to our wedding resources page for forms to get started on planning your wedding & marriage!
